LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES?
Has the express carrier lost or damaged
your package? You can file a claim by calling the toll free
number listed below. Have the tracking number, a description of
the package, the sender’s address information, and the
recipient’s address information ready when you call. If you need
more information, contact University Mailing Services at
744-5385.
Remember: It is your
responsibility to file the claim, not that of University Mailing
Services.
Please be aware that the carrier
will not be liable for more than the insurance coverage. You
must keep all packaging material until the carrier tells you to
dispose of the packaging and the damaged merchandise.
